Champions for Children's This exciting annual dinner and auction benefiting Children’s Hospital Boston features owners and stars from all five Boston sports franchises, other celebrities, entertainment, auctions, and much more. 2007 Champion Award Recipient: Boston Bruin Patrice Bergeron When: Tuesday, October 30, 2007 5:30 pm – silent auction and reception 6:30 pm – dinner and live auction Where: The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center All money raised goes to the Children’s Fund to be used where it’s needed most for patient care, research and community outreach programs. Last year, members of the Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics, New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and New England Revolution joined representatives of Boston's financial, real estate and venture capital communities to raise $4.3 million for Children’s.
